Cyber security is extremely important and we need to find a balance between securing our cyber infrastructure and being productive at the same time. We should not be hindering our nations businesses with rules and regulations so that they can not stay in business and only that large companies survive to create a monopoly.
We need to ensure we are staying on top of the world when it comes to technological advances. We need to ensure the proper education, R&D, and financing continues to be available so that we can stay ahead of the curve and ensure our prosperity and security. In doing this we need to upgrade our nations telecommunications and Internet infrastructure to keep the great web we created growing.
We need to ensure that we incorporate our technological advances with our space programs. Staying ahead of other countries will ensure that we are proactive instead of reactive to prevent unexpected events.
